Ludlow Street, Brooklyn |
Like a work of art, a sleek,
post-modern tower rises on the corner of Ludlow and Houston. This is
one example of the growing high end condominium market in New York City
and the surrounding boroughs. ITC is installing a web-based Building
Management System (BMS) that is controlling the primary heating and
cooling system. The capabilities of a web-based BMS system for this
application are endless; security cameras, card reader door access and
remote monitoring for the entire BMS system from any location on the
World Wide Web without the need for additional specialized equipment.
