Construction of this 99,000 square foot, 4-story primary and intermediate school for the NYC SCA is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2008. ITC will be installing a LonWorks BMS system in this facility.

Public School 276
55 Battery Place, Manhattan
The nine-story school, serving 950 students from pre-­kindergarten to eighth grade (in­­cluding 100 seats in 10 classrooms for special education students) will be constructed under the working name of P.S. 276. As part of the city’s new “green development” initiative, the school building will be the first in the city built under the New York City Green Schools Rating System. ITC is pleased to be installing a Lon based BMS system for this new school.

Mott Haven Campus
Bronx, NY

We are pleased to announce that ITC will be part of the team constructing Mott Haven Campus. The $235 million project will be the single biggest project in the largest school construction plan in the history of New York City. Adjacent to two existing schools, P.S. 156 and I.S. 151, the 275,000-square-foot multi-story facility, with a footprint of 147,000 square feet, will serve more than 2,200 high school and middle school students.    Visit PlanNYC Website...

Peter Cooper Village, NYC
Stuyvesant Town, NYC

Built by Metropolitan Life for returning veterans in 1947, Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town is a vast corridor of 110 apartment buildings with a total of 11,232 units, constructed along the East River. In 2006, ITC was awarded the $28.3 million controls contract for these properties, one of the largest contracts in the temperature controls industry’s history. ITC is in the process of obtaining a global patent for an innovative discovery made during this project.

New York City Department of Education
Glen Oaks Campus, Queens

One of the largest NYCDOE Projects to date, the Glen Oaks School Campus, carved from a corner of the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, was developed on 19.3 acres at 78-70 Grand Central Parkway North. The three schools, which serve more than 2,500 students, were completed in 23 months under a well-executed design-build plan. About 275 teachers and staff work in the schools. This one of the hundreds Of NYCDOE projects that ITC has participated in as a Temperature Control Contractor.

Queens Hospital Ambulatory Pavilion
“The Pavilion”

Standing six stories high, the new Ambulatory Care Pavilion at Queens Hospital Center, features vibrant, welcoming exam rooms and accommodates the hospital’s primary care, pediatric, psychiatry, ophthalmology and dentistry clinics, behavioral health clinics, day programs, staff education areas, administrative offices and the Diabetes Center of Excellence. The center will better serve an increased number of patients and expects more than 135,000 patient visits annually. This one of many Hospitals in the NYC Area that ITC has participated in the construction of and continues to service today.

188 Ludlow Street, Brooklyn

Like a work of art, a sleek, post-modern tower rises on the corner of Ludlow and Houston. This is one example of the growing high end condominium market in New York City and the surrounding boroughs. ITC is installing a web-based Building Management System (BMS) that is controlling the primary heating and cooling system. The capabilities of a web-based BMS system for this application are endless; security cameras, card reader door access and remote monitoring for the entire BMS system from any location on the World Wide Web without the need for additional specialized equipment.

New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge

Located in New York City's most celebrated neighborhood, just across the river from Manhattan, sits the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. ITC installed a web-based Building Management System (BMS) that controls the primary Heating and Cooling System.
